My Pink Stamper Blog Hop November 2011

I made this page for my daughters pictures that we got taken when she was 9 months old. The border is from Doolecharms page 90. I cut it out on Fit to Length at 2 3/4 inches. The title is from Baby Steps. I cut the 9 at 2" and the months at 1.25". I really enjoyed how this turned out. I tried to pull colors out of her dress to make those ones stand out the most. Thank you for looking.

MCT Throwback Thursday Challenge 11/10/11

I decided to enter the throwback Thursday challenge at  http://www.creativetimeforme.com/2011/11/throwback-thursday-challenge-episode.htmlThe challenge was to create a kid themed project. I have wanted to make flashcards for my daughter and when I seen this I knew I had to enter. I used Create a Critter, B is for Boy, A Child's Year, Doodlecharms. Baby Steps, Sweet Treats, Paisley, Sugar and Spice, and Cricut Classic Font. I had so much fun making them. I just hope that my daughter, who is 13 months, does not ruin them.
Everything is cut between 1.25 and 3.00. The cards are from white poster board cut at 4x3" I hope you enjoy my project.

My Creative Time with Emma Design Team Call

I decided to enter the design team call for Emma at http://www.creativetimeforme.com/2011/10/my-creative-times-first-design-team.html. I thought about what type of card I wanted to make for a few days and with the holidays and winter quickly approaching I decided to make a winter themed card. I kinda miss the snow since I moved to Arizona two years ago ( I know I am crazy, who likes snow). Here is the card that I came up with.

The white base is a regular A2 size card (5.5x4.25). The paper is from WalMart.
The snowflake background is from DCWV Stack 7 paper pad. Its cut at 5.25x4.00.
The snowman is cut at 3.50 from DoodleCharms.
The snow on the bottom is from Everyday Paper Dolls cut at 1.00.
The sentiment is from a dollar stamp from Michaels. Its cut at 2x1 for the white piece and for the snowflake piece its cut at 2.25x1.25.
Th hat I free handed then tied a piece of red ribbon around it then added a bow to it
The ribbon is from my stash of ribbon.
I glimmer misted the snowman and the snow with Marshmallow.
I hope you enjoy my entry for the design team call at My Creative Time with Emma.

Check In Time

I know that I have been away for awhile. It is hard to update this on a daily basis when I have a eight month old who is very active. I will be doing more pages this weekend and hope to have them posted sometime next week. I went to Joann's last night awesome deal on paper. I got three stacks for 40% off. I am planning on heading to Micheal's tomorrow when their sale starts. I will check back later this week with a scrapbook page from my daughter's album. If anyone knows where I can get a three ring binder scrapbook album could you please let me know. I am looking for one for Ava's album but have had no luck on the width of them. I have about 70 pages that need to go into one soon so any help is great. Thank you and have a wonderful weekend. See you on Monday.

Limited Edition

I love how my 6 month old loves to be with me when I am making pages and cards. She also loves to sit with me and watch youtube videos for ideas. I thank all of you for your understanding of why I can not update my blog on a daily basis. It is way to hard with a 6 month old who is very vocal about someone playing with her. I made this page awhile ago for her scrapbook. Her onsie said limited edition so I thought that would be a perfect title for her page. Please leave me a comment on how you like this page.

This one is made when we went black Friday shopping at Toys R Us. She was scared at first but then she did not care but at the time she was only two months old.
