I made this banner last night for when the ball dropped. I do not have any banner cartridges so I welded a triangle and square together to get the shape that I wanted to achieve. It is cut at 8" and the rosettes are 1.5" before being folded. The numbers are cut at 3". The glitter paper is from DCWV Christmas and Winter cardstock stack and the rosettes are the paper that comes in the scrapbooking albums and the black and blue are Recollection stacks. I want to wish everyone a very happy and healthy new year.
